Sub-estan-enginar

My father was a sub-assistant engineer in Power development Board(PDB) of Bangladesh when i was in class one. But i can't utter the exact pronunciation of my father's designation though i have been taught many times. So, if anyone asked me in english "What is your father?", my answer was,"Sub_estan_enginar". I got rid of it as i grew up.
